After an order is shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them ( 1-800-275-8777)

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE: 

Please get in touch with the shipping carrier if you think your package was stolen or lost. 

For packages that are lost or stolen, we accept no liability.

 

FAQ 

What if i accidentally put the wrong Shipping address ? 

If you think your package's shipping address was wrong, let us know right away before tracking number is sent via email Because delivery addresses cannot be modified once the shipping label is printed. please thoroughly verify your address  before submitting your order. Only the shipping address provided when the order was initially placed will receive delivery from us

Do you guys accept returns or do refunds ? 

No , all sales are final 

When will i receive my items ? 

 

All items will  be shipped within 2-3 business days; weekends and holidays are not included. The post office determines the precise delivery. Once the order ships, you will get an email with the tracking details.

I didn't receive my order but it says delivered. What can I do?

If an order is scanned as delivered to your address by the post office  we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after being scanned delivered. You will have to contact your local post office. Also, please make sure to enter your correct shipping address at checkout.
